Before you write
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Within two working days, usually the same day. If a project cannot be taken on, we say so instead of leaving you waiting.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes, before any confidential material is shared. Send your own or ask for a standard mutual one.
- Do you work with clients outside Italy?
- Yes. Most communication happens by email and video call, in English or Italian. EU business clients with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
- What should I include in a first message?
- What the device needs to do, any hard constraints (size, power, cost per unit, certification), roughly how many units, and when you need it. Rough answers are fine.
