Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled on this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data controller is Luka Panio, reachable at [email protected].

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the subject you select and the message itself. No account is created and no profile is built.

Why, and on what legal basis

The data is used solely to read and answer your enquiry, and to carry out any steps you request before entering a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence — for everything else. Your details are never sold, and are not used for marketing without a separate, explicit opt-in.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, acting as a data processor, and then held in an ordinary email mailbox. The site is served as static files by a hosting provider that may keep short-lived server logs including IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Correspondence relating to an actual project is retained for as long as Italian tax and accounting law requires, currently ten years.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address for that request.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; a reply follows within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
